a lot of the flaws that are inherent in obamacare. we've watched the implementation of the affordable care act sort of creek and moan, and we've seen sort of this train starting to run off the tracks. and i think we're starting as a country to see what's in store for us as this health care law unfolds. nancy pelosi said that we needed to pass the bill to find out what was in it. the obama administration, jay carney yesterday in a press conference promised that once all the different provisions of the bill kicked in, we were really going to like it. but so far that doesn't seem to be the case. and we are starting to see they're delaying provisions of the law. so even as the obama administration is finding out what's in it, they don't seem to like it very much. so that's sort of been a problem. and be i think overall with the sequester and all of the, you know, the horrifying, you know, the predictions that were made, oh, about how, you know, the economy was going to collapse if we had this sequester, and airplanes wouldn't be able to fly, and school buildings would all be, you know, bu

shutdown come october 1st? >> well, i think the president's view is that obamacare is going to have lots of implementation problems, but if we stick with it, you know, after two or three years it will become cemented in american life, people will get used to it. the problem is, the next two years are going to be very rocky. the president has now missed about one-third of the deadlines that were originally envisioned in the law. basically he's union laterally rewritten the law by rewriting the deadlines. on october 1st i think there will be pressure on him, not so much to drop obamacare, but to delay it because right now it looks like a big mess, and there's something like 30 or 40 democrats in the house that voted to delay implementation of big chunks of obamacare for a year. i think that's something the president could do to actually help him save obamacare. because if you're getting -- you can only make a first impression once. if people's first impression of obamacare is a complete mess, it will make it harder to convince people to have patience in order to make it work. >> john, ever

"the calls are increasing . we're getting hundreds in the chicago area and across the nation, thousands of people have been victimized." investigators admit scammers are using uncertainty about who will be impacted first when obamacare goes into effect. "some states are starting exchanges, some aren't. the exact rules are a little unclear." and there have been recent changes.large employers got a one-year delay in offering insurance to their workers. and another one-year delay in determining who will qualify for government subsidies to buy insurance. and enrollment in health exchanges has been extended from october through the end of march add to these changes---phone calls from out of the blue.
